Cancellation Options
Hosts on our platforms offer different cancellation policies. Please review the applicable conditions before booking. They are clearly displayed on each property page.
Cancellation policies
Flexible
Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, the first night and the service fee will be retained.
Moderate
Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. After that, 50% of the remaining booking amount will be retained.
Strict
50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
How to cancel a booking
- Log in to your user account.
- Go to “My trips”.
- Select the booking you want to cancel.
- Click “Cancel booking” and follow the instructions.
The refunded amount will be credited within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
Extraordinary circumstances
In exceptional cases, such as serious illness or natural disasters, we may offer a goodwill arrangement that differs from the standard policies. Please contact our support team in such cases.
